Guide โ€” How to Use the Free Business Card Generator

What is this?

This free tool lets you create a professional mobile business card in seconds. Just paste your business info, upload a logo or photo, choose which contact buttons to show, and let AI design it for you.

Quick Start

  1. Create a free account (email + password)
  2. Get a free Google API key from AI Studio (see below)
  3. Paste the API key in Settings โ†’ it will verify automatically
  4. Go to Dashboard and fill in your business information
  5. Upload your logo and/or profile photo (optional)
  6. Choose which buttons to display (WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
  7. Add optional style notes or leave blank for clean design
  8. Click Generate โ†’ preview โ†’ save โ†’ share!

Getting Your Free Google API Key

Follow these steps to get your free Google Gemini API key:

1 Go to Google AI Studio: https://aistudio.google.com
2 Click 'Get API Key' in the left sidebar.
3 Click 'Create API Key' โ†’ 'Create API key in new project'.
4 Copy your new API key (starts with 'AIza...').
5 Paste it into your account Settings page. We'll test it with one request to confirm it works.

Usage Limits & Tips

You get 20 AI requests per day. Each card should need only 1 request.

๐Ÿ’ก Write all your info carefully before generating โ€” one good request is better than 5 fixes.
โœจ If the design isn't perfect, use the manual HTML editor to tweak it instead of regenerating.
๐Ÿ”„ Need a completely different style? Use 'Regenerate' but update your style notes first.
โฐ Quota resets daily at midnight UTC.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this really free?

Yes. The card generator is free to use. You provide your own Google API key (also free) which gives you 1,500 requests/day. We limit it to 20/day per user to be safe.

Is my data safe?

Your API key is encrypted and stored securely. No one can access your data. Each account is completely isolated.

Can I share my card?

Yes! Each saved card gets a unique URL and QR code. Share the link, download as image, or share as vCard.

What if I run out of requests?

Wait until midnight UTC when your quota resets. Or create another Google API key and update in Settings.

Can I edit a saved card?

Yes. Go to My Cards, click Edit, and you can regenerate or manually edit the HTML.
